OperaFS is a Linux implementation of the Opera file system, which is the file system used on 3DO CD-ROM's.

Version 1.0 has been developed on Linux 2.6.7, but works on many later 2.6.x kernels, and possibly on 2.4.x kernels too. It has been verified to work on 2.6.11, 2.6.14, and 2.6.17.

Version 1.1 has been updated to work with newer versions of the Linux kernel. It is functionally equivalent to 1.0. It has been verified to work on 2.6.23.1.

Version 1.2 has been updated to work with newer versions of the Linux kernel. It is functionally equivalent to 1.0. It has been verified to work on 2.6.33.1.

Note that this module has only been tested on a (32-bits) x86 architecture. It should do nothing specific to this platform, but save your work regardless before trying it on another platform.
