Of jumpers W12, W13, W14 and W15 you should select only one.
Jumper W12 - W15 give respectively IRQ2 - IRQ5

Jumpers W9 and W10 are used to select the IO base address.
The following combinations are possible:
W9, W10 : Addr (0 means open (not jumpered), 1 means closed (jumpered))
1 , 1 : 300h
1 , 0 : 320h
0 , 1 : 340h
0 , 0 : 360h

Factory-default is IRQ3 with IO base 300h

The unused Jumper W11 is for a boot-PROM:
This one should only be used with the following settings:

IRQ3, IO base 300h : RAM-base address C800h
IRQ4, IO base 340h : RAM-base address D000h
IRQ5, IO base 320h : RAM-base address CC00h (Should be avoided for HD-conflicts) [an error occurred while processing the directive]
