TUE IPv6 Number plan

A /56-network allows for 256 /64-subnets and a /60-network for 16 /64-subnets. A /64-network should not be divided in smaller subnets. This may seem limiting, but keep in mind that within a /64-subnet you can allocate 18446744073709551616 hosts.
